Responsibilities/Duties:

•  Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews to ensure safe and effective therapy
   
• Accurately verify and check filled prescriptions
   
• Provide emergency drug procurement when needed
   
• Consult with healthcare professionals on dosing, interactions, and substitutions
   
• Deliver personalized patient consultations
   
• Manage prescription synchronization and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
   
• Administer immunizations in-store and at mobile clinics
   
• Utilize PioneerRx and ScriptPro software to streamline operations
   
• Jump in and support your team with other duties as needed
   
• Be flexible for weekend and holiday rotations (1–2 weekends/month)

Requirements:

• A licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing
   
• Immunization certified
   
• Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
   
• Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting
   
• Available to work various shifts, including weekends
   
• Excellent communication skills and patient-focused attitude

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, and interacting with patients for extended periods
   
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching
   
• Regular use of computers, phones, printers, and other office equipment
   
• Visual focus for detailed work and screen use throughout the day
