Part Time Retail Stocking Associate

Position Summary

The Retail Stocking Associate is responsible for maintaining the organization, presentation, and appearance of the retail sales floor and inventory storage areas, ensuring firearms, accessories, and related products are properly received, stocked, tagged, organized, and displayed.

A background or familiarity with firearms and the shooting sports is strongly preferred.

We are seeking someone who can work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a commitment to maintaining company standards are essential.

The ideal candidate takes pride in organization, presentation, and attention to detail. They enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure products are properly stocked, tagged, organized, and displayed to the highest standards.

A genuine interest in firearms and the shooting sports, combined with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a premium retail environment, will make someone successful in this position.

Job Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements

• Receive, unpack, organize, and stock incoming merchandise.


• Properly tag, label, and prepare firearms, accessories, and other merchandise.


• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the sales floor, displays, and storage areas.


• Operate computers, barcode scanners, sticker printer, and inventory management systems as required.


• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain active for a minimum of four hours at a time.


• Ability to occasionally exert up to 100 pounds of force, frequently up to 50 pounds, and constantly up to 20 pounds to move or handle objects.


• Ability to regularly bend, reach, lift, carry, and move merchandise.
