Part-Time Room Attendant

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are currently looking to hire a Room attendant for a building in the area of Lisle,IL 60532

Schedule: Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $17.00/hour Biweekly pay

Room Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare guest rooms for cleaning.
• Make beds and remove soiled linens.
• Dust all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies according to operational standards.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms thoroughly.
• Clean and organize closets.
• Vacuum carpets and mop all floors.
• Inspect and secure rooms after cleaning.
• Restock amenities as per standard procedures.
• Deliver and retrieve guest-requested items (e.g., irons, ironing boards).
• Ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms and guests at all times.
• Perform deep cleaning/rotation cleaning duties as assigned.
• Clean guest bathrooms, bedrooms, and floor corridors regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area.
• Adhere strictly to the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

• hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs (or follow hotel lifting policy), and operate cleaning tools.
• Uniform: Black scrubs and black shoes.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish for effective guest communication
• A background check is required
• Available to start immediately
