Part-Time Customer Service Associate
📍 PostNet – Lafayette, CO
Job Type: Part-time (2–3 days per week)
Schedule: Weekday shifts: ~12 PM–6 PM | Saturdays: 10 AM–3 PM
Location: 2770 Arapahoe Rd Ste 132, Lafayette, CO 80026



About the Role


Are you seeking a part-time job where you can make a meaningful impact, acquire new skills, and work in a supportive environment? PostNet is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help with printing, shipping, and other essential business services. This is an excellent opportunity for students, parents, or anyone seeking flexible, part-time hours.

You can expect to work 16–20 hours per week across 2–3 consistent days—including a half-day on Saturdays. 



Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist customers in-store with shipping, printing, and packaging



  • Operate the cash register and support daily store operations



  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and mailbox management



  • Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed



  • Build positive relationships with customers, team members, and delivery drivers



  • Help implement local marketing and promotional activities




Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)



  • 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)



  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation



  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills



  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
