Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Work at a register to ring up and execute customer sales.

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Drive sales by providing excellent service and constantly interacting with the customers.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (must be 18)

Ability to communicate and ask open ended questions with people you do not know.

Understanding of and a willingness to learn sales techniques and best practices in sales.

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
