We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, handling the crucial tasks that keep our pipeline healthy and our sales reps focused on what they do best—selling.

What You'll Do:

• Find and qualify new contacts to build a robust sales pipeline.


• Enter and manage data in our CRM (Zoho) to ensure all contact information is accurate and up-to-date.


• Assist the sales team with various administrative and data-related tasks.


• Help with other technology and data entry needs to ensure smooth sales operations.

What You're Great At:

• Paying close attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy.


• Managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks.


• Learning new software and technology quickly.


• Communicating clearly and collaborating with a team.

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience with Zoho, Apollo, Text Kernal, or similar sales and marketing tools.


• Familiarity with Microsoft products like Outlook and Teams.
