At Knot & Ore Outdoors, we combine a passion for outdoor living with faith-based values to offer sheds, garages, pavilions, and furniture that enhance our customers' lifestyles. From our showroom at Booth's Corner Farmer's Market, we guide each customer with care, product knowledge, and personalized service to help them create outdoor spaces they'll love.

What You'll Do as a PT Sales Rep:

• Greet & engage customers, providing a friendly and professional shopping experience with high walk-through traffic.
• Assist customers in selecting sheds, garages, and outdoor furniture that fit their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Explain product features, benefits, and custom options while addressing questions and concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and complete sales transactions accurately.
• Keep the showroom tidy, welcoming, and visually appealing for customers.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to build relationships and close sales.
• Represent the company at occasional outdoor events or trade shows.
• Work up to 30 hours per week, with Fridays and Saturdays required, plus every other Friday evening (9 AM-7 PM). 

Our Ideal PT Sales Rep:

• Experienced: 1-3 years in sales or customer service with basic computer skills for order entry and email; Microsoft Office preferred.
• Self-motivated: Stays proactive and driven to meet goals without constant supervision.
• Excellent Communicator: Connects with customers in a friendly, approachable way while clearly explaining products and options.
• Persuasive: Influences decisions with confidence while respecting customer needs.
• Active: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

What We Offer Our PT Sales Rep:

• $20/hour plus 1% commission on sales.
