Compensation & Benefits

  $22–$26/hour plus uncapped commission

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow customer base and market share

  
  


• 
  

  Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze customer data and market trends to uncover high-potential prospects

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct sales calls (new and existing customers) to present products and services effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency

  
  


• 
  

  Negotiate competitive, profitable contracts with new clients

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities

  
  


• 
  

  Apply proven sales techniques to build long-term relationships and trust

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of experience in sales or account management

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to quickly learn new products and services

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal skills; thrives in a collaborative team environment

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and related tools
