Part-Time Sales Technician Northwest Arkansas

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Part-Time Sales Technician to engage directly with homeowners in Northwest Arkansas. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, building rapport quickly, and representing Rigdon’s services in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Walk neighborhoods and knock on doors to introduce Rigdon’s services


• Deliver door hangers and marketing materials to targeted homes


• Engage homeowners in conversation to generate interest and schedule services


• Track and self-report daily activity, including:


• Maintain a consistent, professional sales pitch and adjust as needed for effectiveness


• Self report feedback from conversations to help refine marketing and outreach efforts
  
  

Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
  


• Clean and professional appearance


• Self-motivated with strong time management skills


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to work independently and follow a set route or target area


• Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
  
  

Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible, part-time hours (afternoons, evenings, and weekends available)


• Pay: $18 per hour + bonuses $25 for each appointment scheduled
