Part Time Scanning and File Clerk

Castle Automotive Group is seeking a Part-Time Scanning and File Clerk to join our team at our Castle Volkswagen location in Downers Grove.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for organizing and preparing hard-copy print documents to be scanned and properly filed upon completion in a timely manner. 

Scanning and File Clerk Responsibilities

• Retrieves documents from designated areas and file in appropriate place


• Organizes and prepares required documents and scans them to the designated server location as directed


• Maintains appropriate level of production and detailed documentation of tasks completed daily


• Upon completion of review, communicates any defect or correction needed per document

Scanning and File Clerk Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience is preferred


• Ability to work part-time hours


• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Basic computer skills necessary especially with MS Office and Excel


• Attention to detail required


• Perform other duties as assigned

Scanning and File Clerk: $15 - $16/hour

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
