Part-time seasonal

Description

We are looking for a part-time seasonal employee who is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the final part of our filing project. The ideal candidate is responsible for digitally logging all current paper documents to ensure easy access. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing documents for archival or disposal following company policies.
• Ensure that all documents are filed and indexed according to the department's guidelines.
• Organize and maintain paper files for easy retrieval.
• Ability to communicate openly. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Help maintain an organized and clean workspace.

Qualifications:

• On track to receiving a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Reliable and dependable.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Comfortable handing confidential and sensitive information. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Individual must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have the ability to lift and move boxes of files.
• Must be comfortable working in a shop-like environment.
