Part-time seasonal Sales

Summary:

Our sales department is looking for a part-time seasonal employee who is highly organized and detail oriented. The ideal candidate is responsible for updating a variety of backlog projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Input and update customer and lead information into the CRM system 
• Help categorize contacts by region, industry, product interest, and deal stage.
• Identify and merge duplicate entries, correct errors, and ensure data consistency.
• Tag and organize contacts by export region, industry, or sales status.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to sales and export documentation.
• Scan contracts, invoices, and client records into digital systems and ensure proper labeling and archiving.
• Build lists of prospective clients using LinkedIn, databases, or online directories.
• Organize leads by priority and potential fit.
• Organize marketing materials for quick access by the sales team.
• Organize physical and digital files in shared drives or filing cabinets.
• Tag and organize marketing-qualified leads in the CRM system.
• Assist in building lead lists with supervision.
• Scan and file marketing documents such as creative briefs, vendor invoices, or campaign calendars.
• Help maintain digital asset libraries (logos, images, past campaigns) for easy team access.

Qualifications:

• On track to receiving a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Reliable and dependable.
• Candidate must be extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handing confidential and sensitive information. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
