PART-TIME SENIOR SERVICES OUTREACH COORDINATOR $20–$25/hr + performance incentives | Montgomery County & Prince George's County, MD
ABOUT US Caring Transitions of Silver Spring North is a veteran-owned senior relocation and estate transition company serving Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. We help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocation, estate sales, and online auctions with compassion and expertise.
THE OPPORTUNITY This is a relationship support role, not a cold outreach role. Our owner leads all high-value partner introductions - your job is to make sure those relationships never go cold. You'll keep our referral partner pipeline organized and active through consistent follow-up, CRM maintenance, and scheduled touchpoints. If you're detail-oriented, people-oriented, and energized by meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Follow up consistently with referral partners - senior living communities, realtors, estate attorneys, hospice providers, and healthcare organizations - Schedule and confirm meetings and touchpoints for the owner - Keep CRM system current and report pipeline activity weekly - Deliver branded collateral and thank-you materials to partners - Support social media, community events, and marketing distribution - Capture photos, quotes, and testimonials during partner visits
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Highly organized, self-directed, and dependable - you close every loop - Warm and professional communicator, comfortable representing someone else - Coachable and committed to following an established brand playbook - Genuine respect and compassion for seniors and their families - Existing connections in senior living, senior care, or real estate (highly desirable) - 2+ years in sales, marketing, business development, or coordination - CRM familiarity, MS Office proficiency, social media comfortable - Associate's degree or equivalent experience
WHAT WE OFFER - $20-$25/hr + performance incentives - 15-20 hrs/week, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement - Meaningful work with a purpose-driven, veteran-owned team - Growth path as the business scales - Biweekly pay, 90-day review
