Part Time Service Cashier Receptionist

Join Subaru Concord as a Part Time Service Cashier Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling service transactions efficiently and managing front desk operations with a friendly and professional demeanor. The job hours are Monday thru Friday 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with service check-in and payment processing.


• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service orders.


• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely customer updates.


• Handle cash and card payments accurately and securely.


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist, cashier, or customer service role preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic computer skills and proficiency in handling phone systems.


• Positive attitude and professional appearance.


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
