Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive, team-focused, and enthusiastic work environment.
• Coach and support team members to deliver fast, friendly service and accurate orders.
• Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Organize and prepare the team for busy periods with strong leadership and accountability.
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure a fun and loving customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated and dependable leader ready to take pride in their work and grow with us.
• Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to coach and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as part of a dynamic team.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
