Job Summary: Moves, cleans, delivers, and transfers vehicles from various locations as requested by the service department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the presence of our service lounge and service drive.


• Assisting in greeting customers and tagging vehicles for service.


• Installing covers for seats, steering wheels & shift knobs on customer vehicles prior to service being performed.


• Maintaining the appearance & functionality of dealer owned vehicles. Including but not limited to fueling vehicles, taking through car wash as needed and general clean-up of vehicle interior.


• Drives customers’ vehicles from their homes or places of business and drops their vehicle off after their vehicle is repaired.


• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.


• Keeps a timely pickup / drop off route.


• Notifies Service Manager or Service Advisors of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.


• Communicates effectively between service advisors, other drivers and guest to provide a seamless service experience.


• Confirming pickup and drop off times with guest.


• Reviews daily schedule for errors & draws attention to appropriate service personnel.


• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.


• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your position and the job duty at-hand, and promptly notify your supervisor should appropriate PPE be unavailable.


• Report to management any situation, interaction, or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the Company, its personnel, or customers.


• Complete all environmental, health, and safety trainings required by the Company through regularly accessing the appropriate software (KPA, Compli).


• Adhere to all Company and manufacturer policies and programs governing environmental, health, and safety practices.


• Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
