Part Time Site Inspection - Washington DC - near Rt1 & Benning Rd NE

Dare Commercial Services is looking for an experienced individual to do a once every two weeks site inspection for a shopping center in Washington DC near Gallaudet University.. You will be using a state of the art inspection platform. You will be looking for landscaping and CAM related issues such as potholes, graffiti and debris among other issues. Must have own tablet, be available early mornings and be consistent. We will train.

Requirements:
1099 paycheck - via direct deposit - $ 60 / visit, $ 30/ hour for extra visits or time
own tablet (preferably Apple iPad)
be available early morning
ability to be consistent
