• Lead soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 (set up, coach, and break down classes)

• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
  
  
  


• Manage equipment and class attendance for groups of up to 15 children

• Energetic, outgoing leaders comfortable managing small groups
  
  
  


• Able to actively demonstrate soccer skills (run, squat, show drills)
  
  
  


• Have reliable transportation (own car) and are willing to pass background checks
  
  
  


• Hold at least a high school diploma and are eligible to work in the U.S.

  Trial Period (4 days): Observe and assist coaching sessions — $12 per session

  Training Week (5 days): Work alongside staff coaches, complete online training, background check — $15 per session

  Official Coaching: Once training is complete and background check has cleared -- $20 per session

• Flexible schedule based on your availability

  • Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (typically 2–3 hours per shift)
