Help Us Tell the Stories Behind the Uniform.

Since 1879, Marlow White has outfitted America's Soldiers for the moments that matter most. From American-made military uniforms to custom swords and shadow boxes, we're proud of our craftsmanship, our people, and the military community we serve.

We're looking for a fun, upbeat, creative personality to bring those stories to life on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

This isn't just about posting pictures. We want someone who loves being on camera, has great ideas, and can make engaging, entertaining content while respecting military traditions.

What You'll Do

• Be the face of our social media. Create fun, engaging videos featuring our products, people, customers, and behind-the-scenes moments.


• Plan our content. Work with our design and marketing team to create and manage a social media calendar, coordinate campaigns, and develop fresh ideas.


• Create and post content. Produce 3–5 posts or short videos weekly, engage with followers, and track what's working.


• Tell our stories. Showcase American craftsmanship, military traditions, uniform tips, commissioning moments, and the Soldiers we serve.


• Get out and explore. Possible occasional travel to our other locations and military events to capture content.

Who We're Looking For

Personality matters! We want someone who is naturally positive, outgoing, creative, and fun to watch.

• A connection to the military community and respect for military traditions.


• Comfortable on camera with a great sense of humor.


• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and basic video editing.


• Organized, dependable, and excited to collaborate with our design team.


• Located near Leavenworth, Kansas, and available to work on-site with occasional travel.

Experience with social media is important, but marketing degree or large social media following required. We care more about your creativity, personality, and enthusiasm than your résumé.
