Part-Time Spa Attendant Job Description

Summary

The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to spa guests, maintaining a clean and relaxing environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Assist guests with selecting spa services and products
- Prepare treatment rooms for guests
- Provide guests with robes, slippers, and other amenities
- Serve refreshments to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Ensure that all spa equipment is in working order
- Handle guest complaints and resolve them promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Ensure prompt responses to all guest inquiries.
- ***Must be able to work weekends.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
