Part-Time Spa Attendant

Job Description: Spa Attendant

Under the supervision of the Chief Clinical Operations Officer, the Spa Attendant will exceed productivity and cleanliness standards, taking corrective action as needed to ensure standards are maintained. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish a positive, trusting rapport with all Quantum Clinic team members, facility patrons, and vendors.  


• Monitor and clean the spa to include but not limited to, reception area, waiting areas, 

treatment rooms, storage rooms and prep area.

• Take regular measurements of float tank water and document measurements accurately.


• Offer water and tea to guests following their service.


• Conduct various administrative and housekeeping tasks such as running the laundry machine, dishwasher, and purchasing supplies as needed.


• Change tank filtration systems (training provided) on a regular basis. 


• Ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout the spa facility, and reorder as required.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette. 


• Possess a strong customer service focus. 


• Requires basic computer skills.


• Understands and follows oral and written instructions. 


• Able to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. 


• Must be a team player and possess a can-do attitude. 


• Adhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in and out for all shift times.


• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.


• English language proficiency.

Physical Requirements 

• Required to stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.


• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range 

• Hourly pay rate: $18-$20.
  

Schedule 

• Quantum Clinic Hours of Operation are 7 days per week from 9am to 8pm


• PT < Temporary/On-Call,  Weekend hours.


• Shifts: 6 hours ( Friday/Sat 2:30pm-8:30pm /Sunday 5 hours shifts may be available.
