We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about women’s health and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role offers flexible scheduling with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, making it a great fit for professionals seeking work-life balance
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for procedures, including abortions.
- Provide compassionate post-operative care, including discharge instructions and emotional support.
- Start and manage IV lines in coordination with Medical Assistants (MAs) to ensure smooth patient care.
- Handle emergency situations professionally and calmly.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment to maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications:
MUST have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
MUST have at least 6 months working in women's health
MUST speak Spanish
- Strong compassion and empathy for patients, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Teamwork-oriented mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.
- Experience in emergency clinical care is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work Wednesday in the city and Friday and Saturdays in our Des Plaines office as well as being able to adapt to clinic needs.
Hourly Rate:
Starting at $30/hour (with opportunities for performance-based pay increases)
Schedule:
Wednesday - Western/Diversey location
Friday and Saturday - Des Plaines location
