Are you organized, reliable, and ready to lead? Jani-Core, a trusted janitorial commercial cleaning company, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Event Staffing Supervisor to oversee our event teams across multiple locations.
Position Overview:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing teams during various events throughout the week and on weekends. This role requires excellent time management, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate event staffing teams during scheduled shifts
- Ensure team members adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers
- Manage time efficiently across shifts ranging from 6 hours to 15 hours
- Prioritize tasks to ensure all event needs are met promptly and professionally
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
- Complete post-event reports and communicate any issues or feedback
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours
