We’re looking for a kind, upbeat, and reliable individual to support a joyful 32-year-old gentleman with an intellectual disability, autism, and a mental health diagnosis. He’s curious, friendly, and thrives with structure, laughter, and shared experiences.

What You’ll Do:
As his Support Professional, you’ll help make his days engaging and successful by:
✔ Assisting with light daily living tasks (light meal prep, occasional toileting support, and routines)
✔ Encouraging his favorite hobbies and interests
✔ Getting out and about in the community
✔ Offering steady companionship and positive guidance
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Kindness & Patience – You’re naturally supportive and empathetic
✔ 2–4 Years of Experience – Preferably in disability support and behavior plans
✔ Reliable Transportation – Valid driver’s license required
✔ Creative & Proactive – You love finding ways to make everyday moments meaningful
✔ Steady Under Pressure – You stay calm and encouraging in all situations
