Carpet & Home Restoration Technician: Warrenton/Culpeper, VA

Seeking hard-working individuals with cleaning and home restoration (water, fire loss mold mitigation) experience. Company is growing quickly and looking for part-time help with option to become full-time employee. Come be a part of a growth-oriented culture with a long-term career path with benefits. Basic skills and tasks required for the position include the following:

- Effectively performing all carpet/floor cleaning and restoration services the company offers.

- Communicating professionally with all customers and co-workers at all time and operating in line with company core values of excellence, integrity, professionalism, teamwork and committed service to both the customer and community.

- Performing basic equipment and vehicle maintenance requirements

- Working closely with your assigned manager to perform requisite on the job training

- Demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness and monitoring his/her own work to ensure quality standards are adhered to.
- Strong fit with company culture which includes exemplary customer service; commitment to personal and professional growth and connection to the community.

Compensation Summary:

- Salary: $25/hr

- Benefits:

- Full benefits available upon completion of 6-month trial period
- Bonus eligibility based on company profitability and individual performance
- Training stipend available to include industry certification, personal development and educational stipends
- Career advancement and management opportunities
- Willing to consider salary increases and full-time employment if the individual is a long-term fit with company culture.

- Experience:

- Prior restoration and carpet cleaning experience (1-3 years)

- License/Certification:

- WRT Certification (Preferred)
· OSHA 30 (Preferred)

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
