Position Overview:
As a Telemarketer at Jani-Core LLC, you will play a vital role in our growth by reaching out to potential clients, promoting our cleaning services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute to a growing company in the cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Jani-Core LLC and its services
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and benefits of our cleaning solutions
- Identify client needs and qualify leads for follow-up
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Follow up with leads as needed to ensure ongoing engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient with computers and familiar with CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales/marketing is a plus
