ASB is looking for a Part-time Teller to join our retail team in Wichita. Available shift is noon to 5pm Monday - Friday. There may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on scheduling needs.

• Daily Transactions
• Customer Service

Teller responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Complete deposits, withdrawals, payments, change orders, cashier’s checks, and transfers for customers.

· Understand and follow internal policies and transaction limits.

· Understand and comply with all banking regulations.

· Complete all regulatory reporting in a timely manner.

· Provide excellent customer service. Answer phone calls, emails, and voicemails.

· Practice Andover State Bank Core Values.

Expectations:

· Complete customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

· Adhere to all internal policies and transaction limits.

· Be knowledgeable on bank products and services and refer products and services to customers.

· Be punctual, arrive to work on time, respond to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Requires a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated sales and cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, use tact and diplomacy; maintain professional dress and demeanor.
• Ability to use considerable judgment and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations.
• All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background and credit check.

Availability

• Availability to work 12:00PM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
