Part-Time Teller/Customer Service

We’re hiring a part-time (25 hrs/week) Teller/Customer Service Representative at our Niles, MI location. We’re looking for someone with flexible availability during branch hours- including Saturdays, to join our team. 

As a teller, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.


• Providing prompt, accurate, and efficient transactions.


• Building relationships by understanding member needs and offering tailored product and service solutions.


• Handling teller, vault, and member service transactions.


• Presenting and selling Credit Union services and products to meet members' financial needs.


• Supporting the New Account Specialist team in setting up electronic services and welcoming new members.


• Learning and using various programs for daily transactions while following established policies and procedures.


• Maintaining a positive attitude and working effectively as part of a team.
