About Us:

Silver Stars Gymnastics is a competitive gymnastics and tumbling facility located in Silver Spring, MD. We are committed to helping young athletes develop strength, discipline, and confidence through high-quality coaching and a supportive team environment. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Trampoline & Tumbling Coach to lead and develop our competitive T&T team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach and develop athletes on our competitive T&T team, focusing on trampoline, double mini, and tumbling

Create structured, progressive training plans in alignment with USAG guidelines

Prepare athletes for local, regional, and national competitions

Provide technical instruction and corrections with a focus on safety and long-term development

Collaborate with other coaches and staff to foster a positive and goal-oriented team culture

Maintain open and professional communication with athletes and parents

Attend competitions, team events, and coach meetings as needed

Qualifications:

Experience coaching competitive trampoline & tumbling athletes

Strong understanding of USAG levels, routines, and judging requirements

Ability to effectively teach skill progressions and spot athletes

Positive and encouraging coaching style

Current or willing to obtain USAG professional membership, Safety Certification, and background check
