Who We’re Looking For: Are you ready to be a superhero behind the wheel? Community Workforce Solutions is seeking a Transport Driver who’s passionate about spreading joy and ensuring safe, enjoyable rides for our exceptional program participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you’ve got a big heart, a knack for creating good vibes, and a passion for making a difference, this is your chance to shine!
 

Hours (Your Road Trip Schedule):

• Approx. 7:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:30 PM–4:30 PM (flexible based on program needs—perfect for balancing life’s other adventures!).

What You’ll Do:

• Be the ultimate road-trip buddy, helping our participants get in and out of vehicles with ease and a smile.
• Create a safe, positive, and totally awesome transport vibe that makes every ride feel like an adventure.
• Drive our 15-passenger van like a pro, ensuring everyone gets to and from their homes and our day program safely.

What You Bring to the Party:

• A valid North Carolina Driver’s License and a squeaky-clean driving record (no major violations, accidents, or seatbelt slip-ups!).
• At least 25 years young with a knack for using an iPhone or Android (think: basic email and internet wizardry).
• Ready to ace CPR, NCI, and other agency-specific trainings (don’t worry, we’ll set you up for success!).
• Comfortable passing a drug screen and criminal background check.
• The ability to drive a 15-passenger van with confidence and care.
