Urology Specialists of Austin is seeking an experienced and dependable Ultrasound Technologist to work one day per week in our busy, patient-focused urology practice. This is a great opportunity for a skilled sonographer looking for a consistent, part-time schedule.

Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: 12505 Hymeadow Dr., Ste. 2C, Austin, TX 78750


• Schedule: One day per week, with the day and hours to be determined


• Position Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including:

• Renal (kidney) ultrasound


• Penile vascular/Doppler ultrasound


• Abdominal ultrasound


• Thyroid ultrasound


• Lower extremity vascular studies

Additional responsibilities include obtaining accurate diagnostic images and measurements, maintaining appropriate documentation, ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality, and collaborating with providers and clinical staff to support quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current ARDMS certification or other applicable sonography credentials.


• Experience performing the listed ultrasound studies, including vascular Doppler examinations.


• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.


• Previous experience in a urology setting is a plus.
