Part Time Weekend Concierge, Health and Rehab

As the central point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, providing helpful information, and maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere throughout our beautiful campus.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face that greets and directs all visitors, residents, and vendors.
• Provide top-tier customer service by answering calls, routing messages, and assisting with general inquiries.
• Support residents and guests with directions, event details, and community information.
• Manage deliveries including packages, prescriptions, and flowers with care and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and Residents’ Rights policies.
• Assist with special projects and collaborate with team members to enhance the resident experience.

What You Bring:

• A High School Diploma
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system. 
• A warm, welcoming personality and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic office procedures.
• A commitment to respect, confidentiality, and community values.
