Part Time Weekend Shift Production Lead

Description

  Shift: Saturday - Sunday 6:00am - 4:00pm

• Supervise and support production team members during weekend shifts.
• Ensure daily production targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor quality assurance standards and promptly address any deviations.
• Troubleshoot issues on the floor and escalate to maintenance or management as necessary.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to production staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and materials usage.
• Communicate effectively with weekday leadership to ensure continuity and updates on progress or issues.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
