Position Details:

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, giving you autonomy and flexibility over your schedule and work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting intake assessments and therapy sessions on Saturdays and/or Sundays.


• Creating individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.


• Completing timely documentation.


• Participating in team meetings and case consultations when your schedule allows.


• Representing Evolution Wellness professionally and compassionately.

Schedule:

• Part-time weekend shifts only (Saturday and/or Sunday).


• Caseload varies depending on your availability and client demand.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field.


• Current North Carolina license as LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC.


• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
