Parts & Accessories Sales Associate

Fondy Powersports in Fond du Lac, WI is looking for a dedicated Parts & Accessories Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right parts and accessories to enhance their powersports experience while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts and accessories that meet their needs.


• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, specifications, and pricing.


• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.


• Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and helping with receiving shipments.


• Provide expert advice regarding installation and usage of parts and accessories.


• Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders and support repair jobs.


• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

• Strong interest in powersports and related products.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.


• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.


• Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales processing.


• Physical ability to lift and move parts and accessories as needed.
