Party Host

• Perform all party setup and breakdown of party areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  
• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
  
• Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with clients, families, staff and community contacts with a diversity of backgrounds and life situations.
  
• Check on the party about every 20 -30 minutes
  
• Have all guests sign facility rental and pool rules if they haven’t done so online.
  
• Coordinate party activities as required.
  
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the event.
  
• Collaborate with other staff members as needed or required
  
• Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure during busy events.
  
• Good time management skills and ability to show up to work on time.
  
• Opportunity to cross train in the Welcome Center and fill in on-call shifts
  

Requirements

Education:

• Highschool Diploma/GED preferred
  

• 6 months to 1 year experience in a customer service role
  
• At least 3-6 months experience events management, catering, food service or restaurant settings preferred
  
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
