Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Fresh Pasta cuts, Ravioli Recipes, and Extruded Shapes
- Develop new and innovative recipes
- Clean and sanitize equipment and prep areas
- Prepare custom orders
- Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with pasta making or as a baker, chef, or similar role is preferred
- Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to thrive working on your own
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
