Pastry Cook

$21.00 per hour plus gratuities

Four Days Per Week two days 6:30 am and two days 4 pm

Our company is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair for developing new recipes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods

- Develop new recipes and menu items

- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet company standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role

- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills
