ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
2. Extensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
3. Prepare and supervise the preparation of all the pastries and baked goods for the Eye Tooth
4. Create and fulfill par levels
5. Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
6. Monitor and promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager
7. Be a creative contributor to dessert specials
8. Be responsible for costing recipes (software is available)
9. Ensure completion of all opening, closing, and side duties
10. Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant
11. Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect

Requirements

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card. Previous baking/pastry experience is required.
