Role Overview
We are seeking a Patient Care & Clinical Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is a blend of front desk hospitality, patient support, clinical assistance, and sales. The right candidate will be energetic, outgoing, compassionate, and comfortable educating patients about treatment options both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities include:
Patient Experience & Front Office
- Warmly greet and check in/out patients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient scheduling and clinic flow for maximum efficiency.
- Collect payments, verify forms are completed accurately, and maintain organized records.
- Answer phones professionally, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads promptly.
Sales & Patient Coordination
- Handle incoming “leads” and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Actively educate patients on treatment options and membership services tailored to their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and sales goals.
- Support patient retention and satisfaction by providing clear communication and follow-ups.
Clinical Support
- Take patient vitals and record information accurately.
- Assist with blood draws, injections, and treatment preparation (training provided if needed).
- Support the Clinic Director and clinical staff during patient care and treatments.
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety, and patient confidentiality/HIPPA.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical front office, med spa, or clinic environment (required).
- Experience in sales or patient coordination with a proven ability to meet/exceed goals.
- Comfortable discussing treatment options and guiding patients toward the best solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, and scheduling software/EMR systems.
- Phlebotomy or medical assisting experience a plus (or willingness to be trained).
- Outgoing, compassionate personality with strong communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Experience with blood draws, taking vitals and medial assisting (preferred)
Compensation
This role comes with a base hourly rate, plus commission
Job Type: Part-Time
Job Hours: Typically Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays, typically 8:15a to 5:15p (rotates)
Hourly Rate: $25-$35/hour + commission (based on experience)
