Patient Care Coordinator (Part-time) - Bridge Hearing Center

Bridge Hearing Center, a privately-owned small Audiology practice in Belgrade, MT is seeking a part-time (20 hour/week) Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments


• Insurance verifications & prior authorizations


• Navigate software and social media for advertisement and patient outreach


• Maintain patient records & manage patient charts


• Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions

To ensure success, candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients


• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity


• Proficiency with MS-Office & and capable of learning Office Management Software


• High School Diploma
