Responsibilities:
As a Patient Coordinator & Rehab Aide Hybrid, you will play a dual role in clinic operations, combining front desk responsibilities with direct patient support in an outpatient clinic.
Patient Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance and handle referrals.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Rehab Tech
Assist therapists with treatment sessions and provide patient support as directed.
Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to ensure a welcoming experience for patients.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Technology: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
