NutraBody Wellness Center is a faith-based, high-volume wellness clinic dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health naturally through chiropractic care and science-backed nutritional support. We provide personalized, holistic care using proven, curative approaches that address root causes, not just symptoms. What You'll Do As a Receptionist:
Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience at check-in and check-out
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication as needed
Schedule & confirm appointments, manage provider calendars, and ensure smooth patient flow, helping doctors stay on schedule and adjust as needed throughout the day
Place supplement and vitamin orders, complete transactions, and process payments
Prepare & organize patient charts and care plan documentation
Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with room readiness
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk, waiting area, and patient rooms
Assist with stocking, inventory, and front office supplies
Complete medical tracking and care plan spreadsheets accurately
Work a flexible full-time or part-time job as desired
Our Ideal Receptionist:
Experienced: Has 2+ years of customer-facing office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, is proficient with MS Office, and is comfortable using a smartphone.
Positive: Brings warmth, energy, and a welcoming presence to every patient interaction.
Diligent: Pays close attention to detail and follows through on every task.
Reliable: Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to support the team.
Adaptable: Stays calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Service-oriented: Committed to providing excellent care and patient support from the first interaction.
Articulate: Communicates professionally and with compassion.
Resourceful: Thinks on their feet and solves problems efficiently.
Attentive Listener: Demonstrates excellent listening skills and strong memory recall to support accurate assessments, patient education, and treatment continuity.
What we offer our Receptionist:
$15-$21/hour – depending on experience
