Responsibilities:

As a PRN Floater Patient Coordinator, you’ll serve as the face of the clinic and help ensure a seamless experience for every patient.

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out
• Schedule appointments, handle referrals, and verify insurance
• Manage front desk tasks across multiple locations as needed
• Maintain organized and confidential patient records using EMR systems
• Support clinicians and contribute to a positive clinic environment

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technology: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
