At ProMotion Rehab & Sports Medicine, every team member plays a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goalsâand helping our clinic reach new heights. Weâre looking for a Patient Relations Specialist whoâs organized, detail-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
This is more than a front desk roleâitâs the first impression of our practice, the link between patients and our care team, and the heartbeat of our daily operations. With precision, professionalism, and genuine care, youâll ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and confident in their journey from day one.
What Youâll Do:
- Partner with therapists, assistants, and admin staff to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.
- Greet every patient in person and by phone with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
- Handle patient intake, registration, and scheduling with meticulous attention to detail.
- Verify insurance and clearly explain copays, coinsurance, and balancesâwhile consistently collecting payments.
- Ensure all patient information and authorizations are accurate and complete the first time.
- Adapt quickly to evolving processes, workflows, and software to support our growing clinic.

What Weâre Looking For:

- Age 18+ required; college or associate degree preferred
