Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Patient Service Representative to join our team in Huron, SD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients during the registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assist patients with the registration process, including collecting personal and insurance information.

- Verify patient information and ensure accuracy in the registration system.

- Address patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures.

- Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate patient flow and ensure timely service.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the registration process.
