Summary

As a Personal Care Assistant at Community Home Health Care, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities and personal care needs. This position is essential in ensuring that our clients receive compassionate and high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.


• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.


• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate lifting techniques.


• Support clients with memory care and cognitive challenges as needed.


• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.

Schedule:

• Sunday: 10:15 AM – 2:00 PM

• Tuesday & Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Requirements:

• Caring, patient, and dependable

• Willing to help and support others

• Experience in personal care or a related field is a plus
