Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist with pediatric experience — or a strong interest in treating children — to join our team on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week). The ideal candidate is caring, patient, and excited about making dentistry a fun and comfortable experience for kids.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and adolescents, including preventive, restorative, and limited surgical procedures.
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for children and families.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents/guardians about treatment options and preventive care.
• Collaborate with our supportive team of dental assistants, EFDA, hygienist, and staff.
• Stay current with advances in pediatric dentistry and patient management techniques.
Qualifications:
• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency (preferred, but not required).
• General dentists with experience or genuine interest in treating children are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
