Your Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric home health team in McAllen, TX. This part-time role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours and the opportunity to gradually grow their caseload into a full-time position as client needs increase.

As a Pediatric OT with Amazing Care, you’ll support children and their families through personalized, in-home therapy that helps kids thrive in their daily routines.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in the home setting for pediatric clients with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and sensory or motor challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a holistic care approach.
• Educate families on techniques, adaptive strategies, and home-based activities to promote skill development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Stay informed about current best practices and standards in pediatric OT and home health care.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred; strong new grads with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
