Position Summary

As a Pediatric Home Health LVN, you’ll provide one-on-one, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. You’ll transform homes into healing spaces, support families, and help children thrive in a compassionate, family-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting

  Perform trach and ventilator management

  Administer and document medications accurately

Requirements

• 
  

  Active Texas LVN license

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of pediatric care experience

  Proficiency in trach and ventilator care

  Strong communication and documentation skills
